Structural features:

1. The series of sand and gravel pumps are mainly centrifugal pumps with horizontal and single pump shell structure. A special clamp is adopted to clamp the pump body and the pump cover, and the direction of the pump outlet can be in any position of 360 degrees, which is easy to install and use.

2. The bearing assembly of the sand gravel pump adopts a cylindrical structure, which is convenient to adjust the gap between the impeller and the pump body, and can be removed as a whole during maintenance. Bearings are lubricated with grease.

3. The shaft seal of the sand and gravel pump has packing seal, impeller seal and mechanical seal.

4. Gravel pump flow channel wide, good cavitation performance, high efficiency, abrasion resistance.

5. The transmission mode mainly includes V-shaped triangular belt drive and elastic coupling drive.

6. The material of the overflow parts is made of high hardness wear-resistant high chromium alloy.

7. Adopt a variety of speeds and a variety of variants to make the pump run under the best working conditions. Long service life, high operating efficiency, can 

meet a variety of harsh conveying conditions.

Performance characteristics:
