the lifting precautions, hoping to help the horizontal slurry pump users.

When lifting a pump with a packing case, the rope should be tied according to the mark on the packing case. When lifting, the bottom or side of the box shall 

not be affected by impact or violent vibration, the packing box shall not be excessively inclined, and the packing box shall not be placed on the object with a 

sharp edge, nor shall it be inverted.

Lifting pumps without packing boxes shall be performed according to the following requirements:

(1) Lift the horizontal pump without a base or only with a separate base, the lifting center of gravity should be in the side of the bracket square hole near the 

pump head, the wire rope should pass through the vertical upward connection with the lifting hook. In order to maintain the balance of the pump, the auxiliary

 lifting rope should be arranged between the lifting ring screw on the pump housing and the lifting hook. The lifting ring screws on the bracket cover and the 

front and rear pump housing are set for the removal and assembly of the bracket cover or the front and rear pump housing, and shall not be used solely for 

lifting the whole pump to avoid accidents.

(2) Hoisting motor and common base of the horizontal slurry pump, lifting center of gravity in the bracket square hole near the coupling, the wire rope through 

the vertical upward connection with the lifting hook, in order to maintain balance, must also be in the pump shell above the lifting ring screw, motor lifting ring 

screw and lifting hook between the auxiliary lifting wire rope.

(3) Horizontal pump units with intermediate speed changing devices such as couplings should be hoisted separately.

(4) The part of the wire rope in contact with the pump body should be padded with soft protection, so as not to damage the appearance of the pump or cause 

the wire rope to be cut off.
