Installation precautions before use
1. The base of the pump needs to be leveled and fixed with concrete as the foundation.
2. After the water pump is installed in
place, after all the pipelines are connected, you must recheck and
adjust whether the water pump and the motor coupling are concentric.
There must be a gap of about 3mm between the two couplings.
3. For the up-suction installation, if
the suction pipe of the pump is not equipped with a siphon barrel, a
bottom valve must be installed. The total length of the pipe should not
exceed 6 meters and there should be no more than 1 elbow of 90 degrees. ,
The tightness of the pipeline must be ensured, and there should be no
air leakage, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the pump.
4. The outlet pipeline of Industrial Sump
Pumps must be equipped with check valves and shut-off valves. If
conditions permit, install a pressure gauge or flow meter with
corresponding pressure inside the valve to control the flow and pressure
of the pump. Never run the valve fully open and large flow for a long
time, otherwise it will cause the motor to heat up and even burn.
5. The pump motor must be equipped with
qualified electrical starting and protection devices to ensure the
normal operation of the pump.
6. Add an appropriate amount of
lubricating grease to the bearing box of the water pump. Note that the
oil level is appropriate to 1/3 of the side oil sight glass, and must
not exceed 1/2 of the oil sight glass.
7. Due to the unique power combination
sealing method of the pump, cooling water must be connected to cool the
shaft sleeve and oil seal to extend the service life of the sealing
device (the pressure of the cooling water should not be too high, and it
is better to flow out naturally).

1. Fill the pump cavity and inlet pipe with liquid first, and close the outlet valve.
2. Open the machine seal cooling water.
3. Check whether the rotation of the motor is correct.
4. Turn on the power and start the water pump.
